Can I pay cash or card on collection in-store at Mercedes-Benz of Poole?
Unfortunatley not, when placing an order online you can either pay via PayPal or by calling us and paying over the phone as most orders have to be specially ordered.
Can I collect in-store?
Yes, You Can Collect in store at any of our dealerships be it at Poole, Salisbury, Dorchester, Hindhead, Guildford or Basingstoke by selecting the collection option at the checkout. Just let us know in the delivery instructions box and we will be glad to organise it.
I have placed an order, but received an email stating that it is 'Awaiting Stock'
If you have received an email like this after your order has been placed, it means the dispatch will be delayed by 3-4 working days.
This is because the online shop is not, and cannot be directly linked to stock management.
